Digital software keys cannot be returned once an order is placed.
Why Returns Are Not Possible
We sell digital software activation keys — products that are delivered electronically and consumed instantly upon use. Unlike physical goods, digital keys:
- Cannot be physically returned or shipped back.
- Cannot be verified as "unused" once delivered.
- Have no re-sale or re-issue value once generated and dispatched.
For these reasons, all sales are final once an order is placed, regardless of whether the key has been delivered or used.
Before You Purchase
We strongly recommend reviewing the following before completing your purchase:
- Product compatibility — ensure the software is compatible with your operating system and device specifications.
- Validity period — check whether you're purchasing a 1-year subscription or lifetime license.
- Number of PCs — confirm the license covers the number of devices you need.
- Product edition — e.g., Home vs. Pro for Windows, or Total Security vs. Internet Security for antivirus.

Issue After Delivery?
If you experience a problem with a delivered key (e.g., it doesn't activate, or you received the wrong product), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We take these situations seriously and will investigate promptly.
